Veezu is the new name for Aqua Cars, Andi Cars and Bridge Cars

Portsmouth’s leading private hire operator, Aqua Cars, along with Bridge Cars in Gosport and Andi Cars and Jetlink in Havant and Waterlooville, are officially rebranding as Veezu.

Aqua Cars has served the Portsmouth community since 1984, growing to become one of the most recognised and trusted private hire services in the region. The rebrand follows Aqua Cars’ acquisition by the Veezu Group in February 2024 and marks a significant step in Veezu’s mission to deliver a more connected, consistent and technology-driven service for passengers and driver-partners alike.

While passengers across Portsmouth, Gosport, Havant, and Fareham will continue to enjoy the familiar local service they rely on, they'll now benefit from improved technology, additional payment options, and smarter ride features available via the Veezu app.

The Veezu app, which was introduced in October last year, will continue to give passengers a much-improved user experience, with smarter address search capabilities, easier access and improved functions across the board. Veezu also offers multiple payment options, including cash, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, making travel even more convenient for passengers.

As part of its rebranding efforts, Veezu is excited to unveil an extensive localised marketing campaign using local radio and out-of-home media.
