Pay your insurance weekly
Your annual policy can be paid in weekly instalments. Payments will automatically be calculated and itemised on your Weekly Access Fee Sheet. This helps keep all your costs and earnings in one place.
Insurance document storage
Policy documents and your insurance certificate will be safely stored in the Veezu Driver Partner Portal should you ever need them. We will also notify the Veezu Driver partner Experience Team about your new insurance policy, so they can update their records.
Discount on dash cameras
Veezu Insure requires you to have a front facing dash camera with every policy. We have great discounts available on the UK’s most popular brand of dash-cam, the Nextbase 322GW. This helps protect you as a Driver Partner and allows you to send footage of the incident to Veezu at the press of a button.
Replacement licenced vehicle
When an accident is not your fault, we can help you get back on the road in as little as 4 hours. *Subject to availability.
Important insurance considerations
Your vehicle is your livelihood and having the right level of public and private hire insurance is necessary for you and your business to operate legally. Regular car insurance isn’t enough. You will need a specialist policy that covers you, your vehicle, your passengers and other road users. This applies to both public hire taxi drivers picking up passengers on the street, or private hire taxis picking up pre-booked fares.
Comprehensive gold policy cover
- Comprehensive Veezu Assist claims service - 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
- Replacement licenced vehicle - if the accident is not your fault.
- “Yes Claim Bonus” - excess reduction of £200 for claims reported in less than 24 hours.
- Unlimited windscreen cover via approved repairers - £100 excess applies.
- Public Liability cover - up to £5,000,000 for contract work including school and health authorities.
- Motor Legal expenses - up to £100,000 cover for any uninsured losses following a claim.
- RAC Accident Recovery.
- Driver Assault cover - up to £25,000.
